Marc is an experienced international operations executive and business strategist with more than 30 years of hands-on experience across large corporations, smaller companies, and startups. He brings deep expertise in operations, sales, finance, business development, human resources, strategic planning, mediation and conflict management. Marc is known for navigating complex organizational challenges and turning strategy into measurable results.

A Service-Connected Disabled Navy Veteran, Marc traveled the world while serving with his Navy squadron, VP-9, and his military background shaped his leadership style: disciplined, mission-focused, and team-oriented.

Marc also has experience in the music business, and he is a partner in a film production company. He was the original manager of Christian music group DC Talk, which sold more than 10 million albums and earned four Grammy Awards and 16 Dove Awards. He’s proud to have supported each member as they launched successful group and solo careers which led to TobyMac’s multiple Grammy awards and media appearances, Michael Tait’s work with the Newsboys, and Kevin Max’s creative projects including collaborations with Audio Adrenaline. Marc is grateful for his longtime personal and professional relationships with these artists.

Marc combines strategic thinking, operational discipline, creative project experience, and a commitment to people—making him a trusted leader for organizations seeking growth, stability, and creative impact.

Family is most important to Marc. He and his wife, Jeannie, have been blessed with seven grown children and five grandchildren.
